Requirements Workgroup on Skills and Competencies

The Requirements Workgroup on Skills and Competencies (RWSC or Network) is a chartered, standing Workgroup that is open to any T3N2 members with an interest in the sharing and reusing of skills and competencies. The RWSC provides essential review and input to build off the Open Competency Framework Search and Retrieval Service and Data Ecosystem Mapping Tool. Input ranges from broad advocacy for skill and competency sharing and reuse to development of use cases and requirements for how people and organizations can benefit from openly licensed skill and competency data.
